Ship the unused item in the original packaging back to Supercilium within 14 days of delivery for a Store Credit or an Exchange (only available for damaged or incorrect orders). Supercilium gladly accepts unused, or defective full-priced merchandise for up to 14 days after purchase date. Shipping charges are not refundable. Always include your order number.
